Pitchers Power Drive, AOL News Story with John Miller, CEO and Professional Pitcher Drew Storen

Boston, MA (PRWEB) November 11, 2011

With an estimated 27 million small businesses in the United States, the 27 Million and Counting stories capture the essence of America, said John Miller, President of Pitchers Power Drive. "We are proud to be one of the estimated 27 million businesses that contribute to our US economy."

Pitchers Power Drive is a small company, however with its production being a100% in the USA it has a larger impact then just ourselves, Miller said, We have seven other US companies that we partner with in helping build a top quality product. They are all US based, employing other Americans Miller said. The Pitchers Power Drive is fabricated in Brockton Massachusetts by New England Welding, powder coated in Holyoke Massachusetts by Westside Finishing, turf is produced in Dalton, Georgia by Grass Turf Mills and then die cut by DV Die Cutting in Danvers Massachusetts. The product stickers are made by D&M Signs in Chelsea Massachusetts, foam packing is from Insulation Technology in West Bridgewater Massachusetts and the boxes are US produced by U-Line. This is a great example of how American craftsman can produce a high quality product 100% in the USA," Miller added.

Maybe it is ironic that Pitchers Power Drives professional partner Drew Storen pitches in our nations capital with the Washington Nationals. As the closer, Drew had a very successful year, finishing 6th in Major League Baseball with 43 saves and 6 wins. All of our partners enjoyed watching Drews success and were cheering for him all season, Miller said.

As a small company there have been three products launched in two years, the Pitchers Power Drive, Softball Power Drive and the Hitters Power Drive. This would not have been possible without the ability of doing it right here in the USA, as we can get things done quickly when the production and design is 25 minutes from our Winning Pitchers Baseball Academy, Miller said. Our company theme is Power Drives designed by Professional Trainers, built by Professional Craftsmen and used by Professional Athletes all in the USA Miller said. All three models are designed and built to last a players career and their daughters or sons," Miller added.

The Pitchers Power Drive increases pitchers velocity potential by teaching hip lead with the head and knee positioned over foot to set pitchers weight back. It also teaches proper weight transfer and balance with the pitchers natural momentum delivery. Restaurant Industry Professional Delivers WiFi Service with a Side of Social Media Marketing

Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) August 13, 2009

Many companies that service the restaurant and hospitality industry do not have firsthand experience of what it takes to run a restaurant. That is not the case with newly developed Indianapolis based One WiFi. It is this experience and Social Media Marketing that sets them apart from traditional managed WiFi Services.

"I worked in restaurants for over 15 years." says Henry Kurkowski, one of the developers of One WiFi Hotspots. "Working in New York and Fort Lauderdale I did everything including cook, server, bartender, management and marketing in fine dining and casual dining establishments. I know firsthand the need for fast table turns, about keeping quality and uniformity in the product and about encouraging guest loyalty." This industry experience guided the development of the One WiFi System keeping a restaurant's specific needs and challenges in mind. One WiFi ensures that a restaurant can maximize the benefits of Social Media Marketing and offer their guests WiFi without hassles and without fear of any drawbacks.

WiFi as an amenity is proven to boost business from college students, mobile business people and meeting planners. "This goes beyond WiFi." says Kurkowski "One WiFi is a delivery system for Social Media Marketing and other eMarketing initiatives." One WiFi Hotspots deliver key messages about gift cards or special services to guests each time they logon. The system collects the email addresses of guests to help deliver incentives encouraging guests to come back sooner rather than later. After login One WiFi Hotspots can deliver the guests to Facebook Fan Pages or Twitter status pages and feed these online tools new fans directly from existing restaurant locations.

Offering WiFi to capture a larger market share is a strategy used by national brands such as Panera Bread, Starbucks, and McDonalds. Using free wireless internet in a restaurant's growth plan is right on track with national consumer trends. With the explosion of WiFi enabled devices such as the iPod Touch, The iPhone, Laptops and Macbooks it is obvious that consumers are hungry for the service.

"The bottom line is that WiFi puts butts in seats," says Kurkowski. "Our brand of WiFi is designed to build a stronger one-on-one connection to guests. It is important to make the most of guest interaction on-site and after they have left. With today's economy we want to give restaurants every online advantage they can get."
